Our company will hold the shareholders’ meeting in Grand Room of Sofitel Forebase Chongqing on Friday, April 26th, whose address is No. 137, Keyuan Road Two, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. Here is the agenda.
The meeting starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 12:00 a.m. Before it starts, you have 15 minutes to register. At the beginning of the meeting, there is a 15 minutes’ opening with welcome introduction about the theme and arrangement, followed by the 90 minutes’ fiscal year report of 2012. Then, you can have 15 minutes’ break. After that, the manager will give an analysis of the profit distribution lasting 30 minutes. The last 30 minutes’ is for question-and-answer.
